Your Wedding Package includes our Wedding Team, all of our wedding decorations, setup, teardown and sound crew. These fees DO NOT include the honorarium for the pastor or fees for musicians/soloist.

 Additional charges apply for the sound crew to be at the reception and for additional tables and chairs to be set up in the patio area of the downstairs Chapel. The above listed prices for the reception include the Wedding Team, rental of the facility, setup and teardown of tables and chairs in the Family Center or Chapel and Reception Package.
 
Also included in the cost of the reception are 50 white linen tablecloths, beverages (coffee, tea, punch, condiments), punch fountain, coffee and water dispensers.

*Please note that EFCC does not allow alcohol, dancing or disc jockeys. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

Role of the Wedding Team
EFCC provides staff and volunteer help to conduct the rehearsal and ceremony, assist with planning of the order of the service, The Day of Timeline Checklist, set-up and decorating, alerting other EFCC departments of your wedding set up, sound / media needs, tear down and clean up.
 
The hiring of other vendors, such as a photographer, caterer, florist, outside decorators, rental companies, musicians, vocalists, etc., is the couple’s responsibility. We do require the couple to give all contact information on hired vendors to the Wedding Team. It is mandatory that your vendors work with the Wedding Team and to follow any instructions that EFCC outlines on this website.
