The Wedding Team at EFCC welcomes the opportunity to serve you on your
special day. We look forward to assisting you with your reception. The following
information is provided to help you with the planning process.
Seating Capacity:
Downstairs Chapel – up to 144 guests.Maximum 18 round tables with 8 chairs per table.
Outdoor patio seating available at additional cost
Family Center – up to 400 guests.
Maximum 50 round tables with 8 chairs each.
Stage set up available upon special request at no additional cost.
Both venues include full service kitchens and restrooms.
Supplies We Provide:
- Punch fountain with punch drink.
- Coffee and hot water dispensers, coffee and condiments included. We provide decaf, regular and tea, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer, stir sticks, cups and beverage napkins.
- Water dispensers
- Ice
- Cake table and table linen
- Gift table and table linen
- Wedding party table and table linens
- 50 white round guest table linens
- Toasting goblets
- Cake cutting utensils
- Hurricane vases with candles or flowers
- Dishes for nuts and mints
- Arch with greenery, tulle, and/or flowers
- Large backdrop with coordinating colors
- Basic media equipments (including microphone, Ipod / mp3 connection, CD player).
Any additional media available at additional cost.
Services We Provide:
- Set up and teardown of tables, chairs and linens.
- Decorate with white table linens and other items provided by the bride. We will decorate the cake table, punch table, gift table, bridal party table and guest tables.
- Set up and decorate the archway and backdrop.
- Prepare coffee and punch
- Cut and serve the cake
After the reception, the EFCC reception team will gather all items, including
leftover food, decorations brought by the bridal party, table linens. Please
make sure someone is pre-assigned to remove these items the day of the event. We
cannot be responsible for any items left at the church after the reception has
ended.
What You Provide:
- Food-catered or self
- The EFCC Wedding Team is not responsible for the preparation of any food items.
- All food must be brought to the reception site prepared and ready to be served.
- Cake and cake topper
- Left over cake containers
- Nuts and/or mints
- Food plates if not provided by caterer
- Cake plates
- Dinner napkins if not provided by caterer
- Cake napkins
- Utensils (fork, knives, and spoons, if not provided by caterer)
- Guest table center piece decorations
- Round guest table cloths (90 inch) if other than white is desired
Reminders:
- Please note that EFCC does not allow alcohol or dancing
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only
- No live flame candles. Please use batter operated candles
- No rice, confetti or birdseed permitted
- Bubbles are allowed outdoors only
