THE OFFICIATING PASTOR AND SCHEDULING
It is required that an EFCC pastor officiate over your service. After your premarital counseling is completed, you may request a specific pastor and availability will determine who officiates. Your pastor must notify the Wedding Team of his approval and his availability to perform your ceremony on the requested date before it is confirmed on the church calendar. If requested by the couple and approved by the EFCC pastor, a pastor from another Christian church may be permitted to assist at the service.

The Wedding Team will check the availability of church facilities and reserve the date for you. Once your wedding date has been scheduled on the church calendar, you will receive a letter of confirmation. This letter of confirmation is your invoice and must be paid by the initial consultation date, which is at least 30 days prior to the wedding.

Saturday weddings shall begin no later than 3pm in the Chapel or Family Center. Weddings may also be scheduled for Fridays and Sundays based on facility availability. Receptions may be held beginning no later than 6pm and ending no later than 9:30pm.  We do not hold weddings or receptions in any of our outdoor areas.

Below is a snap shot of our Wedding Team schedule and does not necessarily reflect available dates for weddings or receptions.
